Although there was a lot going on, it was extremely fast and really hot

You wait forever, you are only served in English .... only after I asked whether I could be served in German, German was spoken .... It is possible to order Börger without certain ingredients .... but Unfortunately, it is often not implemented .... always the same ... plus the packaging totally smeared with grease ...

Its McDonald's so it barely qualifies as "food", but I do enjoy the regional items, especially the Big Rosti. More burgers need hashbrown patties in them. Also, the Germans have waaaay better Mayo than the Americans.

Today the disappointment was great again when my husband brought the kids Happymeel with him, there were only fries and nuggets in the bag, I find it very sad and at this price

Ordered 6 nuggets to take away. When I got home, there were only 4 nuggets in the box, although it said 6 nuggets and I paid for them. In addition, the money was thrown halfway into the window, which meant that some of the change was lost because it fell down and was no longer to be found. Insolence!

The food was just what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The wait wasn't long, but also not that short, and overall it was just medium satisfaction.

Very disappointing. BigMac parties are now only 1/2 the size, the sauce is saved. He no longer deserves the name😫

It would be good for the employees to have a lot of respect for their customers! The ice machine breaks every day, every week !!!! Whenever I order ice cream, the answer is "No", the ice cream machine is broken! The burgers are always cold! French fries are awful

Overpriced rooms. Poor customer service on the night shift (acted like any question was a total inconvenience) only used it because it's the only option.

As always, the food was great. However, a star has to be deducted because the tables were not disinfected and we did not receive a sheet to give our address. Bad, in the middle of the corona situation!

One of the worst Mc Donalds I know. You have to check the order directly every time because something is so often done wrong, mixed up, or simply forgotten! Today we ordered nuggets (2 × 6 pieces) and got the spicy variant twice. The "iced tea" just tasted water. Incomprehensible. My burger was almost inedible because all the ingredients were thrown on it so carelessly that they hung completely down on one side. Really only bad thing about this place.

Absolute cheek this shop. Every time something is missing and you can't talk about taste. The ice machine is broken every time, even in midsummer. So please ?! I don't understand that on a summer day with about 38 degrees the ice machine doesn't work again. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

McDonald's hits different in Germany

I'm an American, so I am use to piss-poor service, this place is great, but small and gets crowded easily.

Food is ALWAYS cold. Literally just went through the drive through, asked specifically for fries with no salt in German, twice. We got cold fries with salt....😒

This facility is NOTORIOUS for messing orders up. I actually decided to order the exact same thing on three different occasions and all were incorrect. Most of the staff members are friendly and the facility itself is generally clean. Though orders are consistently incorrect, I've yet to have stale food. It's unfortunate that even with longer wait times than usual, the attention to what is placed on an order lacks supervision. This isn't a new issue with this specific restaurant and shows there isn't enough management putting a break to these hick-ups.

The two sides of the coin ... the burgers ordered by me were good and deserve four stars ... the operation, however unfortunately no ... rarely I was served in a McDonalds so rude ... the older operations in Baumholder still dominate the Decency forms such as "good day" and "goodbye" ... the younger ones have apparently imposed a vow of silence and ostentatiously reciprocate neither greeting nor saying goodbye. That is not how it works! I will not go to the McDonalds after today's impressions ...

No toilet for handicapped persons. Friendly personnel and clean restaurant. McDonald's should consider providing a WC for customers who are handicapped.

So time after time I go to this McDonalds and they seem to always forget something. Rather it's a drink or food item, and other times they have taken super long to prepare my food to the point people who came in after me left long before me. The food is always to standard but the service is lacking in many areas.

They always messin up my order or givin me someone elses order.

Tastes bad, orders are most of the time incomplete or not the right order.. they arent really friendly and it takes too long waiting for your meal

Flies all over the place, good service, offering birthday party area with cake and balloons ( that were latex) we left as 2 people in our party was allergic to latex.

Sadly the only mc Donald's near by, I've never experienced such bad service and quality.

Not the best place for a quick burger. Always get sick after. Service is not friendly either. Great look renovating and catching up to every other kcdonalds on the planet but today I waited 24 minutes in the heat after paying for my food. The service is horrible and the staff were outside smoking in front of he door loudly complaining about the customers. I find this behavior atrocious

It was horrible. Keeps getting worse! I asked for fresh hot fries and got old ones. I made a trip inside to ask again for fresh hot fries, they mixed the hot with the cold ones.

Slow drive trough and the bread taste old. Part of that they always get my order wrong, Probably its language barrier or poor management. Just check your bags before you leave from this mcdonalds for sure.

Big and tasty is the best.

The service was fast and I actually got what I ordered, which is more than I can say for most McDonald's.

I don't usually eat McDonalds but I wasn't trying to pay the exaggerated restaurant airport prices. Service and staff were very pleasant.

We are from the states and obviously know McDonalds very well over there, however...this McDonalds for SURE has the states beat! Their selection is much better, it tastes more fresh and the coffee. I'm definitely going to miss it when we go back.
